The 34th annual SOCA home tour was held on Sunday September 20, 2009 - and featured historic homes in the Boulevard Park Historic District. A street fair featuring music, artisans and home restoration professionals was also part of the festivities. The Sacramento Capitol A’s Model A Club displayed restored antique cars throughout the tour. 

 This years fair featured eight historic homes, each with its own unique character. The street fair was held on 21st Street between E and F Street. Tickets each year are $18 in advance and $ 20 the day of the tour, available on tour day at the street fair ticket booth.  Also visit the Boulevard Park Neighborhood Web site for more information on this years fair.
