The SOCA Preservation Roundtable is a chance for citizens of Sacramento to discuss important issues facing the city. The Preservation Roundtable offers members of city staff and/or neighborhood groups a forum to discuss historic preservation, planning, and housing questions. If you have issues you would like to see discussed at a future Preservation Roundtable, please email SOCA with suggestions.

CALIFORNIA STATE ARCHIVES TOUR
One Friday each month, the California State Archives provides a free,
behind the scenes tour of California’s rich history and state government.
The State Archives’ collections of historic records include more than
100 million documents, 20,000 maps and architectural drawings,
250,000 photographs and thousands of video and audio recordings.
Tours begin at 12:00 Noon and last approximately one hour. Tours are
scheduled for the following dates:
- March 29, 2013
- April 26, 2013
- May 31, 2013
- June 28, 2013
- July 26, 2013
- August 30, 2013
- September 27, 2013
- October 25, 2013
- November and December 2013 – no tours scheduled
